Paper Eagle Wines - First Flight Riesling

First Flight is the name of the wine made from the very first grapes harvested each vintage at our winery, Paper Eagle.

COLOUR
Pristine, light straw with lumanescent green edges.

NOSE
Takes off with a flight of spring flowers, including lillies and jasmine, also lime and lemons, and a touch of custard apple.

PALATE
Light and lifted, sweet, fresh citrus fruit with guava and passionfruit in the beginning, finishing with a long zesty lemon sorbet and juicy fruit tang.

DRINK
Perfect to start a summer meal, light and fresh at 9.5% alcohol, it is the anytime, anywhere summer drink. A must have vinous accessory!
